Rockstar is ready to dish out a new dose of GTA IV goodness with the second Xbox 360-exclusive DLC, The Ballad of Gay Tony. You can expect the add-on to release on October 29th on Xbox Live and on disc in the form of GTA IV: Episodes from Liberty City edition. Below is a new character vignette telling us the apparent reason for Tony's ballad. Hint: Mafia, Debt.
